5 Star Travel, draft #1
UPDATE: Finally went live with 5 Star Travel’s website. Check em out and book your dream vacation while you’re there – http://www.5startravel.org
Its been a BUSY summer of non-computer related events, but I’m happy to report that I’m back in the dungeon and I’m ready to flex my nerd skills once again. First on the list is a brand new design for my friends at 5 Star Travel in Lincoln, NE.
They are doing big business out there in the Midwest, and they are long overdue for a site that matches the quality of their work.
On on it!

JoshDion.com
I’m excited about a soft launch today for NYC based drummer/singer/songwriter extrordenaire Josh Dion.
He wanted a vaudeville/Coney Island Circus kind of vibe and my good buddy Lia Strasser was able to execute the graphic design beautifully.
I animated the sunrise, ferris wheel and birds….and the outcome was just great. Take a look by CLICKING HERE

C'mon Mac....give us a hand!
I LOVE Macs. But, today was the first day that Mac actually made things harder. I know..weird, right?
My client has a .mac account (which I’m finding out are awesome, BTW) and, through Godaddy was able to point his domain to his .mac account. What’s that mean? It means his .mac account will store all the files for his website, and point them to his domain. Awesome! No monthly hosting fees!
The problem is that Mac really only wants people to use iWeb to build sites that are being hosted by Mobile Me. They make it REALLY hard to use regular big-boy FTP software.
To make it work, I had to build & upload a page using iWeb, then find it on my clients server to see what iWeb named the file, then create a new index HTML file, name it what iWeb named the old one, and then upload that.
C’mon Apple!

Christian Cassan
Next up is a new site design for Christian Cassan. He’s a producer / engineer / mixer here in Brooklyn. He sent over some mockups, and I can tell the site is going to be a lot of fun…..1960’s British type of feel.
Gonna be fun!

Brian Monty, custom Tonemaster
UPDATE: Annnnnnd, we’re live. This was a fun project. Check out Brian’s new website at www.brianmonty.com
Over the last year or so, I’ve been working (slowly) on a brand new redesign for a Canadian Guitar Luthier named Brian Monty. His guitars are out of this world, and he has been long overdue for a website that showcases his beautiful work.
We’re almost ready to go live with his site…..
More info about Brian at HIS WEBSITE ….which will be brand new very very soon.
